Q: What types of housing programs does The Housing Source offer to Miami Valley residents?
A: The Housing Source coordinates the Neighborhood Stabilization Project, a suburban initiative to purchase, renovate and resell abandoned and foreclosed homes in the Miami Valley. You can learn more about the program here.

Q: Who can buy an NSP home?
A: Please review our eligibility requirements for purchasing an NSP home.

Q: I don’t live in Trotwood or Huber Heights. Can I still buy an NSP home?
A: If you meet our income eligibility requirements and agree to our purchasing process, you can purchase an NSP home.

Q: Can The Housing Source help me finance my NSP home purchase?
A: In most cases, yes. We often work with lenders to help qualifying NSP homebuyers purchase homes. We may also be able to offer downpayment assistance.
