Buying an NSP home couldn’t be easier. CountyCorp is a Housing Agency dedicated to helping you ever step of the way.
To purchase an NSP home, a buyer must:
- Must be able to obtain a home loan. We have a special relationship with Wright Patt Credit Union who is offering special financing just for this program.
- Must take 8 hours of HUD approved homebuyer education. CountyCorp will help arrange this for you.
- Take advantage of our 10% “silent second” downpayment assistance. Why wouldn’t you?
- Have $1000.00 or 1% of the purchase price, whichever is greater, from their own funds in the purchase. We require that the buyer use their own funds to finance the purchase the property.

Then call us at 531-7048 to arrange for an appointment with one of our staff. Please be prepared to provide documentation related to:
- Proof of income from ALL income sources
- Paystubs covering a one month period
- Two most recent bank statements
- Award letters for other sources of income (i.e. Social Security, Child Support, Pension Benefits)
