<p style="text-align: center;">The ribbon cutting took place at 5075 Lemoyne Drive (House #10). This house was chosen over the other 9 houses because of its modern mid-century design and convienent corner lot location. Along with its modern design, Lemoyne includes some materials that were reclaimed from deconstructed homes in the Dayton area. The exterior includes a slate finish with a new entry door and window system. A larger kitchen has concrete countertops and hand crafted wood cabinets made from reclaimed ash flooring. The living/dining room area has built-in shelving and a vaulted ceiling.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">There were many surprises for our guests as they toured these beautiful homes. David Glynn was there to provide us with snacks, one house gave out CFL light bulbs sponsored by DP&amp;L, and GE provided an upgraded appliance package in one of the homes, and featured a live cooking demo from a chef.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">The comments from the guests were as simple as &#8220;beautiful&#8221; and &#8220;stunning&#8221; to &#8220;this does not look like a Huber home!&#8221;.</p>
