		<description>30+ parties came through the Open Houses on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon!  And at least one is a solid prospective buyer.  We hope to do this again in the near future as we have more than 20 homes FOR SALE right now, and at least 10 additional houses that will be finished and ready to sell in the next few weeks.</description>
