ECO Rehabarama Preview Night a Huge Success!

On May 10th, The Housing Source, along with Home Builders Association of Dayton, Wright-Patt Credit Union, RDA Group Architects, DP&L, Vectren, and Montgomery County celebrated the opening of ECO Rehabarama! The ribbon cutting took place with a crowd of about 200 people. Everyone from realtors to public officials attended this wonderful event.

The ribbon cutting took place at 5075 Lemoyne Drive (House #10). This house was chosen over the other 9 houses because of its modern mid-century design and convienent corner lot location. Along with its modern design, Lemoyne includes some materials that were reclaimed from deconstructed homes in the Dayton area. The exterior includes a slate finish with a new entry door and window system. A larger kitchen has concrete countertops and hand crafted wood cabinets made from reclaimed ash flooring. The living/dining room area has built-in shelving and a vaulted ceiling.
