For Lenders

We are always looking for lender partners!  We encourage lenders to submit a proposal for an affordable package for the purchasers of NSP homes.  Please review the documents below and contact us if you have any questions.

We are offering a soft second mortgage for all income qualified NSP purchasers.  We complete the income qualification and you  provide us with a loan certification for your client. Download a copy of the Mortgage and Note for review.

Purchaser Profile:

1) Household income of the purchaser must not exceed 120% of the Area Median Income Level.

2) Purchaser must have a loan certification letter with a loan approved by CountyCorp prior to making an offer to purchase.
3) Purchaser must complete 8 hours of HUD Approved homebuyer education.
4) Once income has been verified and the buyer has been pre-approved and completed homebuyer education classes, they can negotiate a contract to purchase an NSP home.
5) CountyCorp will see the transaction through, provide the downpayment assistance, loan guarantee, 5-year home warranty, and owners policy of title insurance, all at no additional cost to the purchaser.
6) Once approved by income limits and approved by a lender, purchaser must NOT incur any additional debt or make any large credit purchases or this may affect your ability to purchase a home.
