The Housing Source, a program of CountyCorp, is committed to providing affordable housing to Miami Valley communities through a variety of community renewal and improvement programs. CountyCorp is a non-profit development corporation in Montgomery County, Ohio dedicated to improving the quality of life of residents of the Miami Valley through progressive housing and economic development opportunities.
Programs implemented by The Housing Source include the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, an initiative designed to eliminate blight caused by foreclosure and abandonment and encourage investment in nearby communities through the purchase, resale, and renovation of homes.
